Tough customer interactions, unpredictable hours and physically demanding shifts are taking a toll on retail workers.
In less than two hours, employees at all levels will learn the basics of supporting their own and others’ mental wellbeing through this self-paced, mobile-friendly eLearning course. It also collects anonymous data on how they’re currently feeling to get a temperature check on overall team wellbeing.
This course features visuals, statistics and scenarios that address the specific challenges faced by retail workers, so the content is relatable and relevant. Scenarios are offered in the grocery store, convenience store, department store and big-box store settings, representing sales associate, stocker, warehouse and manager roles.
Scalable for 2-250 Employees.
