Through this two-part learning pathway, your team will learn how to recognize signs of mental health and substance use challenges, reduce stigma, and confidently and effectively support colleagues with the MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE). Learners will also strengthen communication skills and build resilience for a healthier workplace culture.

Live, virtual training (4 hours)

- Real-time discussion and feedback
Upon completion, you’ll earn your MHFA at Work certification and become a certified Mental Health First Aider.
