Train your team with the MHFA at Work Foundations Bundle for Small Groups. Choose the number of Seats you'll need to enroll between 2-10 employees in two courses (Intro and Certification) for one bundled rate. 

Through this two-part learning pathway, your team will learn how to recognize signs of mental health and substance use challenges, reduce stigma, and confidently and effectively support colleagues with the MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE). Learners will also strengthen communication skills and build resilience for a healthier workplace culture.

What’s Included 

MHFA at Work Intro 

Self‑paced, online course (Up to 2 hours) 

Build foundational knowledge of workplace mental wellbeing, including: 

    • Reducing stigma 
    • Early warning signs of mental health and substance use challenges 
    • Resilience and self‑care strategies 

MHFA at Work Certification 

Live, virtual training (4 hours) 

Strengthen your skills in a supportive, expert-led training with likeminded professionals from around the country: 

    • Guided practice using the MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE) 
    • Role-plays with realistic workplace scenarios 
    • Real-time discussion and feedback 

Upon completion, you’ll earn your MHFA at Work certification and become a certified Mental Health First Aider. 
 

Scheduling Your Certification Course
